Time and Material Repair Order

For repairs during our normal service hours:
7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
If required outside normal business hours,
please use our Emergency Service . 
  • Rate is $186 per hour with a two-hour minimum charge at $372 credited against the full amount upon completion. 
  • To furnish all labor and material on a time and material (T&M) basis to repair the trash chute, linen chute, recycle chute, and/or chute fed rubbish compactor at the specified property.

 

We stock the most common parts needed on our service truck, though given the wide range of equipment and potential problems, our service truck may not always have the required part on hand. Should the job require major repairs or replacements, we will provide a quotation for approval. 


Overtime calculated at $279 per hour, and double time calculated at $372 per hour. We base the number of technicians on the information provided to perform the repairs in a safe and timely manner. There is a minimum of a 2-hour travel portal to portal charge plus all time spent on site. Should the job require additional trips for parts etc. additional travel charges will apply. 

PAYMENT TERMS: Acceptance of this proposal authorizes the full repair of the system and guarantees payment in full within 30 days of completion. Should The Chute Doctor, in its sole discretion, have to resort to attorneys for collections, the customer agrees to pay for all court costs and attorney fees. 1½% per month service charge will be added to all accounts past due. California Law allows a mechanic's lien to be filed on the property for all unpaid amounts due for labor, services, equipment, or materials furnished.
