10 Gallon Ultra-Quiet Compressor With Condenser, Desicant, Filters and Auto-Drains for 50 Chute Doors

Supplying up to 50 pneumatic chute intake doors. This ultra-quiet 70db system is designed to eliminate damage to the sensitive pneumatic chute door controllers and components in high humidity conditions with minimum maintenance intervals. System includes:

*10gal 2hp 120vac Ultra Quiet Compressor with pressure control, dual gauges, thermal overload, with steel high pressure tank for high capacity and long life in a continuous use.

*Oil-Free Dual Piston Pump System is engineered for longevity, high performance and durability.

*To dry the air from the air compressor an Aftercooler and Dryer are utilized. The aftercooler is a heat exchanger for cooling the discharge air from the air compressor. The water vapor from the compressed air is condensed into liquid form to drain and pushed into the Air Dryer.

*The air dryer includes an replaceable activated Alumina Desiccant to further dry the air.

*Tank automatic water drain to protect the compressor and door systems.

*.03um Coalescing Filter with automatic drain to remove moisture from the air supply to the doors

*.05um Air Filter to remove all particulate from the air supply to the doors.

*Wall mounted automatic drain to be installed at the bottom of the riser tube to the chute doors to collect condensation.

*Custom powder coated heavy steel wall mounting bracket.

*Custom sound isolation system at attachment of compressor to wall bracket.

*4ea 3/8" x 3-3/4" Masonry wedge anchors to attached wall mount to the wall.
