The Disinfecting and Sanitizing Unit is usually located at the top of the trash chute. It uses the flushing spray head at the top of the chute to disburse cleaning solution down the inside of the chute. The unit is operated manually or uses a programmable control panel to run automatically. This unit consists of a one gallon tank, tank holder, a nylon injector valve, and 8” of 1/4” OD tubing. It usually sits in the wall at the top of the chute behind an access door. See attached spec's for this product before ordering.
